List 2 or 3 workflows where AI might help.

Where in your business does work feel slow, repetitive, or expensive? Or where have you bought AI tools that aren't getting used? Those are usually where AI pays off first.

Identify your sponsor.

Who in the org is championing this? AI work needs an internal advocate. Knowing who they are upfront helps us scope the engagement properly.

Define what success looks like.

“Faster onboarding” is good. “Onboarding from three days to one day” is better. Specifics shape what we recommend on the call.
