Why Delphi exists

Founders shouldn't have to coordinate three vendors to ship one AI product.

Building an AI product usually means stitching together three roles: an AI engineer, a designer, and a product strategist. Each is good at one thing. None of them owns the whole. The product never quite feels like one.

We started Delphi to do all of it on one senior team. Hanadi is a software engineer turned UX strategist with 17 years at the intersection of technology and design. The engineer-plus-designer combination isn't a tagline at Delphi. It's how she's worked her entire career, first as an engineer, then leading UX at SAP and Litmos.

That combination, plus 25+ years of production AI delivery from Leonard, plus consumer design that's shipped to hundreds of millions of people from our design partner, is what Delphi is.

A strategy deck is not a deployment. We measure ourselves by what's running with users, not by what's on a roadmap.

A model that works in a notebook is not a product. The interface, the error states, the trust patterns. That's where most AI products fall apart.

17 years at the intersection of technology and design. Hanadi started her career as a software engineer and grew into a UX strategist, leading UX at SAP and Litmos, where she built design systems, led accessibility initiatives, and managed mobile development teams.

She's a Certified Design Operations Manager and has guided companies through successful acquisitions. The engineer-plus-designer combination at the core of Delphi isn't a marketing line. It's how she's worked her entire career.

25+ years building production AI

A technology executive with 25+ years building and shipping AI in regulated industries. Leonard has led AI delivery for Fortune 500 banks including JPMorgan Chase, BNY Mellon, Morgan Stanley, and Credit Suisse, AI-driven diagnostic tools across networks of hospitals, and production AI platforms in agricultural finance.

At Delphi, Leonard leads the strategy and architecture behind every AI build. The on-prem legal AI for law firms is one of many production systems he's brought to market.
